Krasa Skin Cream Reviews

Some of the best and most highly successful products to come from Shark Tank are face creams! It might be surprising, since there are so many utilitarian products that cover pretty much all walks of life, such as food, home improvement, weight loss, car accessories, and more. Here is an in-depth review of some of the top-rated Shark Tank wrinkle creams, lotions, and other skincare products to come out from ABC’s hit TV show!

Krasa Skin Cream Cream promises visibly younger-looking skin, stating that its clinically-proven ingredient matrix can boost hydration, restore elasticity, and eliminate wrinkles and fine lines.

The website elaborates on the formula used in the product, stating that they target and treat the core aging mechanisms in the skin around your face, radically rebuilding, revitalizing, and rejuvenating damaged areas in the process.Krasa Skin Cream Reviews Krasa Skin Cream Reviews v

Kra’sa is positioned as an alternative to injections such as Botox, as well as to other, more involved surgical procedures, with the makers claiming that it works on a cellular level to decongest the dermal matrix and reinforce its natural structure. They claim this rebuilds the skin’s collagen network, delivering hydration and nourishment while smoothing out its appearance.

These claims will be attractive to many, to be sure, but is this really what you can expect from using Krasa yourself? In order to answer this question, we’ll have to take a closer look at the ingredients used in its formula, but before that, let’s briefly explore what collagen is, and why it’s so crucial to the skin’s natural appearance.

Collagen: The Body’s Link to Youth

Collagen is a basic building block in the skin, making up about 75 percent of its mass, according to WebMD. They also say that it acts a natural barrier of sorts, keeping out harmful impurities and fighting against the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.

As we grow and age, we gradually lose the ability to replenish our own collagen stores, which explains why our older years are often associated with many of the things Krasa claims to be able to help with, like fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging. But can it really improve the appearance of your skin if you’re dealing with these blemishes?

Interestingly, based on our past experience reporting on anti-aging products, we’ve learned that collagen as a molecule is too large to pass directly into the skin’s structure when applied topically. A 1988 clinical study further ingrains this point, finding that even if a topical solution could deliver collagen molecules, whether in whole or fragmented form, there is insufficient evidence that they’d be able to form new fibers, or strengthen existing ones, as the makers of Krasa claim.

What does this mean for you? In the next section, we’ll need to take a closer look at the ingredients used in the serum’s formula to determine how effective it might be at delivering on these claims.

Krasa Formula Ingredients & Potential Side Effects

On the website, four main ingredients are listed as being used in the Krasa formula:

Acmella Flower Extract
Black Currant Seed Extract
We reached out to customer support to ask if there were any additional ingredients, and they let us know that the formula also included cocoa seed butter, pyrus malus extract, and tomato fruit extract as well. When we asked multiple agents about the concentration amounts of each of these seven ingredients, none of them were able to provide a list or breakdown of how much of each is included.

Without this, it can be very difficult to gauge just how effective you can expect these ingredients to be. Why? To answer that, we’ll need to see what authoritative sources such as WebMD, Truth in Aging, and have to say about these ingredients and their potential effects.

Based on information taken from the sources listed above, we found that two of the ingredients, phytoceramides and retinol, do show some evidence for supporting skin health. A French study found that topically-applied ceramides were able to improve the skin’s barrier that we mentioned above, and WebMD lists that retinoid substances hamper the breakdown of collagen and thicken the layer of skin where wrinkles form.

That said, they go on to mention that prescription retinoid products are often up to “100 times” as potent as over-the-counter products like Krasa. This is due to lower concentration amounts, and without this information from the manufacturer, it’s all but impossible to say if you’ll experience these benefits or not.

During our research, we didn’t encounter any serious adverse side effects associated with any of the seven ingredients listed above when topically applied.

That said, topically applied retinol is listed by WebMD as featuring some minor adverse effects, such as burning, warmth, stinging, tingling, itching, redness, swelling, dryness, peeling, irritation, and discoloration of the skin. Rarer side effects include hives, swelling, and breathing difficulty. No threshold dosage was listed at which these effects become more common.

Krasa Pricing & Return Policy

As of this writing, Krasa Skin Cream Cream was available exclusively from the manufacturer’s website as part of a free trial. This means that when you attempt to checkout, you’ll only be presented with an initial shipping fee of $3.95 to get a month’s supply of the serum. Despite this, the terms listed in the terms and conditions state that this begins your 14-day trial period. Once this window is up, you’ll be automatically charged the full retail price of $103.93 and enrolled in the company’s autoship program.

This means that you’ll continue to be billed this amount (plus $6.93 for shipping) each and every month until you contact customer service at [email protected] or by phone at 855-746-0306 to cancel. You can also do this any time before the 14-day window closes to avoid being charged in the first place.

As for the return policy, the terms state that only unopened orders received within the last 14 days can be returned for a refund. No opened products will be given partial refunds, and to initiate the process, you’ll need to contact support using the information above and request an RMA number. You’ll be required to pay a 20% restocking fee, as well as any shipping fees needed to get the product back to the manufacturer.

Purchasing an Anti-Aging Solution Similar to Krasa

As we mentioned earlier on, here at HighYa we have years of experience reporting on hundreds of different anti-aging serums, and during our time researching their claims, we’ve come up with a framework for determining which of them, if any, are worth your time and hard-earned money. In fact, we’ve seen claims similar to the ones made with Kra’sa many times, in many different products. Why is this?

Simply put, the FDA doesn’t regulate supplemental and cosmetic health products the same way they do food and prescription drugs. They don’t require manufacturers to provide proof for any claims made about their products, and based on our previous experience, we’ve found that following this simple three-step approach can help you make a more informed purchasing decision online when looking for an ideal anti-aging solution.

1. Learn to evaluate a product from a distance. It’s all-too-easy to make a hasty purchase based on emotions and a gut-feeling, but if you’re able to resist this, you’ll be in a much better position to safely evaluate how effective you can expect a particular product to be for you.

2. Avoid free trials and autoship programs whenever possible. Our readers have told us that they experience numerous frustrations with these pricing setups, from difficulty canceling them to not even knowing they exist before the charges start rolling in.

3. Know all the details, and keep your expectations in check. Regardless of how confident you are in a given product, keep in mind that we are all different, and your skin may react differently to a solution like Krasa than others. It’s important to keep expectations in check and understand the return policy fully before entering in your credit card info.

The Bottom Line: Our Thoughts on Krasa Skin Cream Cream

At the end of the day, can you really expect Krasa to deliver on their promises of helping you achieve visibly younger-looking skin with its topical formula?

On the one hand, we found that two ingredients used in its formula, phytoceramides and retinol, have been shown by sources such as WebMD and Truth in Aging to be potentially effective for protecting the skin’s natural barriers and hamper collagen breakdown. Despite that, without concentration information, and without testing it ourselves, we can’t say that this is what you’ll experience using the serum in practice.

When coupled with the autoship pricing structure and restrictive return policy, as consumers ourselves, we feel that a better first step might be to schedule a consultation with your doctor to discuss the issues you are facing directly. This way, you’ll be more likely to be paired with a solution that works well for you and is safe for use over the long-term.Krasa Skin Cream Reviews Krasa Skin Cream Reviews buy Krasa Skin Cream 1
